Job Role Overview

The Client Engagement Manager is a pivotal position that plays a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new customers from various sectors in Bahrain. This includes government, banking, and private companies.

This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders to promote the organization as a thought leader in the market.

To achieve this goal, they will work closely with internal teams to develop propositions and pitch them to prospects and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and its trends, as well as the ability to anticipate market needs and monitor competitors' activities.

In addition, they will be expected to establish preferred partnership status with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and ensure that quarterly targets are met.

Achieving these objectives requires a range of skills, including people management, business domain knowledge, relationship management abilities, and a drive to excel.

Therefore, the successful candidate should possess a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the IT industry, along with a sales certification and consultative selling skills.
