  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions leveraging the Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Development: Develop custom applications, workflows, and reports using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dynamics 365 platform capabilities
  • Customization: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet business needs, including entity customization, form design, workflows, business rules, and integrations
  • Integration: Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and other integration tools
  • Testing: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions
  • Documentation: Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability of solutions
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on developed solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to the Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365
  • Extensive experience customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 modules.
  • Strong experience in developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and workflows to effectively translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Experience with data integration techniques and technologies such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to provide basic level 1 support, including initial assistance and troubleshooting for endusers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
