Role Description

We are seeking a
Technical Service Engineer
to join our Bahrain team. This is a
service-focused role
with accountability for
customer satisfaction, plant performance, and program compliance
.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting
    plant audits and system surveys
    at customer sites (RO, boilers, cooling towers, effluent).
  • Performing
    on-site water testing, troubleshooting, and program optimization
    .
  • Preparing and submitting
    service reports
    and treatment recommendations.
  • Training customer operators in test procedures and chemical program use.
  • Responding promptly to customer issues and ensuring
    zero service gaps
    .
  • Supporting long-term customer retention through strong technical service.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience
    in water treatment technical service (industrial plants).
  • Hands-on exposure to
    cooling towers, boilers, RO, or effluent treatment systems
    .
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and reporting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
    .
  • Clear communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage).
  • Valid driving license (mandatory for site visits).
  • Already based in Bahrain or available for relocation.
