Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and preparing sales reports. This is a hybrid role based in Manama, with some work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in developing sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
  • Experience in the construction or waterproofing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
