Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Manama location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for strategizing and executing sales plans, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing daily sales operations, monitoring market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service to maximize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury goods sector
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Strategy Development
- Strong customer relationship-building skills and excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform sales tactics and decision-making
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
