Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position for a Sales Manager and Sales Executive focused on the GCC market, based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new market opportunities. The candidate will handle presentations, negotiations, and contracts while consistently meeting performance targets and ensuring a luxurious experience for high-profile clientele.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Strong customer relationship management, client servicing, and networking skills
  • Excellent skills in Negotiation and Communication
  • Ability to create and present tailored Sales Presentations and Proposals
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous
  • Knowledge of the GCC market and experience in the luxury hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and embody Raffles' commitment to luxury service
