Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic
Sales Executive
to join our logistics team in Bahrain. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability — including cross-border logistics into neighboring countries.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.
- Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to potential customers through cold calling.
- Handle customer issues and complaints efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze market potential and provide regular sales and status reports.
- Continuously seek improvement through feedback
Qualifications
- 2-5 years' quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven experience in
sales within express courier operations - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM practices.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
