Role Description

We are seeking an
Experienced Sales Executive with a proven background in customized packaging in Bahrain
. The candidate must have
local market knowledge, existing client connections, and a clear understanding of the packaging industry
. Please note:

This role is
strictly for candidates with prior experience in customized packaging within Bahrain
.

We are
not considering candidates from unrelated industries
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with restaurants, cafes, bakeries, corporate clients, and distributors.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in the customized packaging sector.
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored packaging solutions (kraft paper bags, cups, etc.).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with the operations and design team to ensure client requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3+ years of sales experience in customized packaging in Bahrain
    .
  • Strong client network in F&B, retail, or related industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Valid Bahrain driving license
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
