Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in jewelry and luxury retail. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and elegance.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their needs and preferences.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through attentive service and follow-ups.
  • Maintain boutique presentation, ensuring displays are attractive and well-organized.
  • Support the team in day-to-day operations, stock and boxes inventory handling.
  • Manage customer inquiries, repairs, and after-sales service in a professional manner.
  • Uphold the brand's reputation by ensuring every customer receives a premium experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail, luxury, or jewelry sales (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, email, MS Office).
