  • Preparing a monthly plan that includes the proposed budget, estimated results, and maintaining monthly sales growth.
  • Manage marketplaces accounts with Accounts Managers and enhance results and performance. (Talabat, Noon, Amazon, Hunger station. etc.).
  • Plan and execute all digital acquisition activities for marketplaces.
  • Develop existing marketplaces network and search for new opportunities and cooperation with new marketplaces.
  • Work on a budget to reach maximum KPI and ROAS with keeping the ROAS at the optimum level.
  • Manage and track inventory on a daily basis across all marketplaces accounts, so that the inventory is constantly updated with new items, content, quantities, and items.
  • Track all shops associated with Marketplaces and ensure that opening & closing hours match and are properly updated.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROAS and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.
  • Preparing daily and monthly reports to evaluate performance and recommendations and sharing them with the department manager.
  • Follow delayed orders and cancelled orders and find solutions.
  • Follow with online coordinators about delayed invoices issue regarding Amazon and Noon.
  • To follow set procedures within E-Commerce department.
  • To produce new ideas on how to improve online sales in orders to reach monthly target.
  • Coordinate with E-Commerce team in order to reach monthly target.
  • Any other tasks assigned by direct manager.
