Job Summary:

The Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Sports Academy, ensuring smooth coordination between staff, parents, and management. This role includes managing registrations, maintaining accurate records, organizing schedules, and providing excellent customer service. The Administrator will also support marketing and outreach activities to promote the academy's programs. Additionally, the Administrator is expected to contribute to increasing the number of enrolled children by actively assisting in inquiries, following up with parents, and helping to enhance the overall experience for students and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations, including registrations, attendance, and scheduling.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents, students, and staff, ensuring timely communication and support.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for all academy activities.
  • Coordinate with coaches and management to ensure classes and programs run smoothly.
  • Assist in marketing and outreach efforts, including responding to inquiries and promoting academy programs.
  • Follow up with potential parents and support initiatives aimed at increasing the number of enrolled children.
  • Handle payments, invoices, and basic financial documentation as required.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on enrollment, attendance, and operational needs.
  • Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for families and visitors.
  • Support any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, or office management not less than 5 years.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with parents, children, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic computer systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude with a welcoming and professional approach.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in a sports, education, or academy environment (an advantage).
  • Positive personality with the ability to support enrollment growth and promote academy programs.
