Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and hiring needs
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, and direct outreach
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Lead interview processes, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 -8years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in headhunting and LinkedIn sourcing
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is highly preferred
