Job Description

We are seeking a top-tier private banker or investment professional to take on the role of Head of GCC Sales. This individual will lead our business development across the region. The ideal candidate is a seasoned relationship builder with a strong personal book and deep access to UHNWI, HNWI, and multi-family offices across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive asset growth by acquiring a solid amount of new assets in the first year for the Firm.
  • Maintain and grow a strong book of top-tier clients with a focus on sustainability and margin generation.
  • Cultivate new relationships and convert them into long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with internal investment, advisory, and execution teams.
  • Organize and lead exclusive, UHNWI-focused events in Bahrain and the region.
  • Provide strategic feedback to enhance offerings and client engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or investment advisory with HNWI and UHNWI clients in the GCC.
  • Proven success in raising and managing assets across asset classes.
  • A strong own book of the clients.
  • Strong sales, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (postgraduate is a plus).
