Company DescriptionVantic Ventures is a UK-registered venture builder studio, fully owned and operated by Bin Yasser Group Ltd.We specialize in transforming innovative ideas into scalable businesses, focusing on venture building, product development, and startup acceleration.Operating across the UK and GCC, Vantic Ventures supports early-stage founders and teams with strategy, product design, technical development, and market entry.Our goal is to grow ventures internally or spin them off as independent companies with sustainable business models.Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid, contract-based role for the Head of Business Development & Partnerships at Vantic Ventures.Based in Manama, with flexibility for remote work, this role will focus on driving new business growth and strategic alliances.You will be responsible for:Creating and executing business development strategies aligned with the company's goals.Identifying and pursuing B2B opportunities, investors, and strategic partners.Managing and expanding a portfolio of key accounts.Analyzing market trends to support the company's positioning and expansion.Building and maintaining long-term partnerships that drive sustainable growth and profitability.QualificationsProven experience in Business Planning and Business Development.Strong analytical and sales skills.Demonstrated ability in Account Management and client retention.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.Prior experience in a profit-based or venture-building model is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
