Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services.

  • Ensure exceptional guest experience through consistent service quality and quick resolution of complaints.

  • Supervise and coordinate department heads to maintain high performance and operational standards.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure profitability and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.

  • Recruit, train, and manage staff; monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and development.

  • Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.

  • Monitor daily revenue reports and suggest strategies for revenue maximization.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and improve occupancy rates.

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation.

  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel operations or hospitality management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service standards.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, PMS).

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Skills:

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.

  • Experience in both luxury and business hotel environments.

  • Knowledge of current hospitality trends and guest engagement techniques.
