Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle purchasing of construction materials, tools, and equipment
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and site engineers
  • Maintain procurement records and stock registers
  • Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites
  • Negotiate prices and terms with vendors to ensure cost efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
  • Provide administrative support to the project and accounts teams

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in purchasing or procurement (construction background preferred)
  • Knowledge of construction materials and local suppliers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
