  • Product & Inventory Management:
  • Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and stock availability.

  • Monitor inventory levels and work with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Digital Marketing & Customer Engagement:
  • Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase website traffic.
  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve customer experience, including site speed, navigation, and checkout process.
  • Operations & Logistics Coordination:
  • Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns.
  • Work closely with logistics partners to optimize delivery times and costs.
  • Enhance customer support and resolve escalated issues related to orders and payments.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rates, customer retention, and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
  • Generate regular reports and insights for management on e-commerce performance.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or marketplace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
