Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize daily driver routes for maximum efficiency.
Handle staff scheduling, replacements, and shift adjustments.
Communicate with drivers and field teams to resolve real-time issues.
Monitor delivery timelines and adjust plans for delays or emergencies.
Maintain records of daily operations, driver logs, and staffing needs.
Assist in improving logistics processes for better productivity.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Operations Management experience
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Administrative Assistance skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
