Role Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations of our fine dining restaurant. The role involves managing the full F&B function with a focus on exceptional guest experience, operational excellence, and profitability. The F&B Manager will ensure high service standards, efficient team management, and continuous innovation in line with the fine dining concept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service in line with fine dining standards.
  • Manage, train, and motivate front-of-house and F&B teams to deliver superior guest experiences.
  • Maintain close coordination with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier relationships.
  • Monitor quality of food, beverages, and service; implement guest feedback for improvements.
  • Develop SOPs and maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, menu planning, and guest engagement.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and P&L performance.
  • Plan and execute special events, wine pairings, and exclusive dining experiences.
  • Stay updated on F&B trends and competitor offerings to maintain brand positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 3 years in fine dining.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of fine dining service etiquette, wine, and food pairing.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Guest-focused mindset with passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
