Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media, and Customer Experience Coordinator at Aegis Medical in Bahrain.

It is a cross functional role that will be in direct accountability for administrative management, along with excessive work on digital platform and pre/post sale customer experience, working directly with the company top management.

The Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media content creation, implementing social media marketing strategies, enhancing communication with customers, writing content, and executing digital marketing initiatives.

Adding to the Digital platform management, leading both administrative and customer support as listed below.

Administrative tasks:

  • Provide administrative support in tasks related to the management affairs, and organize the day-to-day flow of meetings and reporting across all functions.
  • Prepare and draft needed correspondence, and develop visual presentation; ensure quality and accuracy of final copy.
  • Meet and greet visitors to Aegis head office as appropriate.
  • Produce reports and statistical analyses as per company guidelines.
  • Arrange travel plans, visa, itineraries and agendas of company executives.
  • Collect and research information on assigned matters.
  • Maintain a proper physical and electronic archiving system.
  • Support HR basic filling and screening activities.

Customer Experience tasks:

  • Communicating with customers over live chat and phone calls to answer their questions and help solve their problem and provide frontline sales support.
  • Building relationships with customers from the moment they speak to us by welcoming them and making sure they're happy with their experience
  • Onboarding customers to kick-off their journey
  • Exhibiting a strong sense of empathy when dealing with people & communicating with different teams to resolve the customers' issues
  • Ensuring the customer is WOW'ed by our service by going above & beyond to make sure they leave the conversation satisfied
  • Communicating feedback to the team and following up on resolving customers' pain points
