Position Overview

The B2B Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of our digital products and services to business clients. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of digital solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales. The specialist will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting
    : Identify and target potential B2B clients through research, networking, and leveraging digital tools such as LinkedIn, CRM platforms, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement
    : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and aligning our digital solutions to meet those needs.
  • Sales Strategy
    : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, including creating tailored proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Product Knowledge
    : Maintain in-depth knowledge of our digital products and services, including SaaS platforms, cloud solutions, and other technology offerings, to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Negotiation and Closing
    : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements, and close deals to achieve sales quotas.
  • Collaboration
    : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
  • Market Insights
    : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and refine sales approaches.
  • Reporting
    : Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Qualifications

  • Experience
    : 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or digital solutions sector.
  • Education
    : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Skills

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital products, such as SaaS, cloud services, or marketing technology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
