Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in close coordination with architects, consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of projects in line with design intent and approved budgets.
  • Manage day-to-day construction activities across multiple active sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and manage detailed construction schedules; regularly monitor progress using tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Monitor and control project expenditures; identify potential overruns early and implement corrective measures.
  • Lead on-site teams and labor crews, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Carry out routine site visits and inspections to enforce quality assurance and safety compliance.
  • Handle all aspects of change management, including evaluating and implementing variations and change orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records of site progress, meeting notes, work logs, and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate procurement of construction materials and equipment to prevent delays and maintain steady workflow.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and technical issues with practical, timely, and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant construction management experience.
  • Prior work experience with Grade A or Grade B contracting firms is essential.
  • Strong background in managing complex construction projects including high-rise buildings, villas, and multiple concurrent sites.
  • Proven capability to oversee and manage large manpower (300+ workers) efficiently.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction workflows, technical specs, financial controls, and site operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in setting up and managing new site operations or departments.
  • Sharp decision-making, conflict resolution, and team leadership abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
