About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Operations Executive to join the Bahrain office. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, effective communication with customers, and timely documentation for billing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong freight forwarding background and a proactive problem-solving mindset

Role and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments from origin to destination; monitor status and address any potential delays
  • Serve as the main contact for customers, providing regular shipment updates and managing queries
  • Liaise with the clearance team to ensure timely and compliant customs processing
  • Submit job documents (delivery receipts, customs paperwork, etc.) to the billing team accurately and on time
  • Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently by collaborating with internal teams
  • Support management with operational reports and track KPIs related to shipment timelines and customer satisfaction

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the latest INCOTERMS and their practical application.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Responsible, mature, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
