Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Developer located in Manama. The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing customized strategies to meet client needs. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. Willing and able to travel between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia or any business trip abroad.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, lead generation, and business development
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Proficiency in market research and preparing sales proposals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing or sales enablement industry is a plus
