Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain, for an Accountant and HR Officer. Day-to-day tasks include managing company finances, budgeting, payroll processing, overseeing financial audits, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. In addition, this role involves managing HR functions such as employee relations, developing job descriptions, implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Skills in HR Management, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, payroll processing, and financial audits
  • Proficiency in local financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the Film & Entertainment industry is a plus
