Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager located in Manama. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining medical and administrative records. The role involves budgeting, communication with various stakeholders, and implementing training programs for staff. The Clinic Manager will also ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
  • Knowledge of Medicine and healthcare practices
  • Skills in Staff Training and Development
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in healthcare management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
