Job Objective:

To perform scheduled and corrective maintenance tasks on hydraulic systems in machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing breakdowns, in accordance with technical standards and safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Inspect hydraulic systems and diagnose faults using measurement and analysis tools.
  • Maintain and repair pumps, cylinders, valves, and hydraulic hoses.
  • Replace defective parts and ensure new parts meet specifications.
  • Fill and replace hydraulic oil according to required standards.
  • Perform preventive and routine maintenance as per approved schedules.
  • Test systems after maintenance to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
  • Comply with occupational safety procedures during all tasks.
  • Prepare accurate technical reports on maintenance tasks and identified issues.
  • Coordinate with other teams (electrical, mechanical) for complex diagnostics.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or vocational certificate in mechanics or hydraulic systems maintenance.
  • 25 years of practical experience in hydraulic maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of hydraulic oils and their specifications.
  • Ability to use measurement and diagnostic tools (e.g., hydraulic pressure gauge).
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
  • Commitment to quality, speed, and accuracy in task execution.
