Develop and execute the social-media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Facebook) aligned with our brand and business objectives.

Plan, create and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, short-videos) showcasing our projects and services.

Use AI tools (for example: content-idea generation, caption writing, image/video enhancement, automatic scheduling) to increase productivity and creativity.

Manage paid ad campaigns: set up, monitor, optimise (targeting, budget, creative), report on KPIs (engagement, leads, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

On-site photography & videography (or coordinating it) for every project we handle: capturing progress, finished works, behind-the-scenes, install process, client hand-over. Edit and prepare content for social channels.

Monitor and respond to comments/messages, build community and maintain our brand voice.

Analyse performance of social campaigns and content (reach, engagement, cost per lead, ROI) and report monthly (or bi-weekly) with actionable insights.

Stay on top of social media/ad trends, platform updates, emerging tools (especially AI) and propose innovations.

Coordinate with sales/technical team to align content with upcoming projects, product launches, case studies and ensure brand consistency.

(Optional) Manage influencer/collaboration relations, cross-promotions if relevant.
