Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Administrator, located in Manama. The Clinic Administrator will oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing medical records, budgeting, delivering high-quality customer service, and providing necessary training. The role involves working closely with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Budgeting
  • Knowledge of Medical Records management
  • Ability to deliver and manage Training programs
  • Background in Medicine
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
