About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage, organize, and safeguard our company's critical records. This role is vital as we restructure and prepare for future growth — ensuring contracts, compliance documents, and operational files are accurate, secure, and always audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company documents (contracts, policies, supplier agreements, licenses).
  • Ensure version control of manuals, SOPs, and checklists.
  • Organize and secure sensitive information (leases, HR files, financial docs).
  • Prepare documentation for banks, investors, and government audits.
  • Improve document flow and accessibility across the company.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in document control, records management, or administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of document management systems is a plus.
  • Reliable, methodical, and able to work with confidential information.
