TecPill (Technology Pill Business Solution) provides Odoo-based business solutions for retail shops and SMEs in Bahrain. We deliver POS, Inventory, Accounting, Purchasing, and operational control using Odoo ERP. We help store owners move from manual work or basic cash registers to a complete, professional business system.
Role Summary:
We are looking for a confident, target-driven Odoo Sales Executive to sell Odoo solutions to shops and small/medium businesses in Bahrain. This is not a cashier role. This is a solution sales role. You will meet business owners, understand their daily problems (stock control, pricing, invoices, profit tracking), show how Odoo solves them, and close the deal (agreement, payment, go-live). You are the face of the company in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential clients (retail shops, electronics stores, maintenance workshops, spare parts shops, etc.) through visits, calls, and WhatsApp outreach.
• Explain Odoo in simple business language (sales, invoicing, POS, inventory tracking, profit & loss visibility).
• Deliver live demos: how to sell using Odoo POS, print receipts/invoices, and monitor stock.
• Collect client requirements (number of branches, POS stations/cashiers, barcode printer needs, accounting needs) and pass them to the technical team.
• Prepare and send pricing proposals and solution packages (software + setup + training + support).
• Negotiate and close deals with clear commercial terms and down payment.
• Follow up after go-live to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities (extra modules, more devices, support plan).
• Keep a weekly report of leads, open opportunities, and closed deals.
• Coordinate with the implementation/support team to make sure promises made in sales are delivered to the client.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in field sales or selling POS / software / IT solutions is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with non-technical business owners.
• Confident in face-to-face sales and handling objections like "I already have a system" or "I just write everything in a notebook."
• Basic understanding of how small shops operate (buying, selling, stock, cashier, invoicing).
• Fast learner who can understand Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS) and explain them to clients.
• Organized, reliable, and disciplined with follow-ups.
• Comfortable using basic tools (sending PDF quotations, WhatsApp/email with clients).
• Valid driving license in Bahrain is an advantage.
• Arabic required. Basic English terms (Invoice / Stock / POS) is helpful.

• Number of qualified leads per month
• Number of proposals sent
• Number of systems sold and activated
• Client satisfaction after implementation
