Administrative Assistant

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in supporting the Directors' Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide secretarial functions, including typing, filing, and attending to telephone calls, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings for the Directors, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Filing and Correspondence: Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure that all correspondence is filed promptly and in an orderly manner.
  • Mail and Telephone Management: Sort and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail in a methodical manner, and receive and forward telephone calls in an orderly fashion.
  • Log Book Maintenance: Maintain a log book for all incoming calls, taking notes as necessary, especially for important messages.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, hotel, and visa arrangements for the Directors as required.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
