Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our managers and consultants, as well as managing the company's general administrative activities.

Responsibilities
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan and schedule meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting materials as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior managers, including handling requests and queries, and responding to phone calls and inquiries.
  • Communication: Write and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms as required.
  • Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Office Management: Develop and maintain a filing system, order office supplies, and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Contact Management: Maintain contact lists and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Requirements
  • Office Management Systems: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including office equipment and software.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Education: BSc in business administration or relevant field.
