Job Responsibilities
  1. Customer Acquisition
  2. Positioning the organization as a thought leader and solution-driven entity in the market
  3. Building strong relationships with stakeholders at customer sites, including IT and Business units
  4. Collaborating with Practice teams to understand and pitch propositions to prospects and customers
  5. Analyzing market dynamics to anticipate trends and monitor competitors/OEM activities
  6. Working closely with OEMs to establish preferred partnership status
  7. Achieving quarterly targets for order book, revenue, and gross margin
  8. Promoting teamwork within the organization
  9. Gaining insights into industry trends and technologies
  10. Coordinating with product, marketing, and support teams across offices to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  11. Developing business cases for software and IT infrastructure solutions by identifying ROI, strategizing, and presenting recommendations
  12. Acquiring new customers from government, banking, and private sectors in BAH
  13. Conducting regular meetings with strategic customers and prospects
  14. Managing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and quarterly targets
  15. Managing product/service mix, pricing, and margins to meet goals
  16. Leveraging vendors and partners for business development
  17. Representing the organization at customer meetings, seminars, training sessions, and webinars
  18. Maintaining relevant sales certifications for product vendors
  19. Managing individual responsibilities for new business development within a team setting
