
Client Relationship Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage and enhance the communication between our internal marketing team and business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all marketing initiatives are executed efficiently, align with brand standards, and deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing communication between business units and the internal marketing team.
- Receive, validate, and translate marketing briefs into actionable tasks for creative, media, and events teams.
- Ensure clear understanding of business objectives, project scopes, and timelines across all marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate internal communication for campaigns and events.
- Align with business teams on objectives, budgets, and timelines.
- Organize and attend briefings, status updates, and debrief meetings.
- Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with brand standards and guidelines.
- Track project progress and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor creative output quality to ensure alignment with briefs and brand expectations.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential risks.
- Maintain detailed trackers for all marketing briefs, timelines, and results.
- Submit weekly reports on job status and completion.
- Identify execution delays and work with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both internal teams and business units.
- Identify and suggest improvements in workflow and operational processes.
- Support the Marketing and CRM team with strategic communication planning where needed.
- Uphold the company's Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality policies.
- Promote and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in tracking project progress and managing deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convert complex marketing briefs into clear, actionable tasks.
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to brand consistency.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
