Role responsibilities and qualifications for the receivables collection position.
Responsibilities- Study and digest the Collection Policy and Procedures.
- Review and analyse all receivable related reports and statements.
- Engage in regular and effective communication with both customers and receivable owners for all required matters.
- Prepare collection forecasts and a daily visit plan, in line with the forecast, after analysis of the receivable reports for each customer.
- Coordinate with internal departments/division and external parties, as required, to remove all the obstacles to the collection process.
- Prepare both daily and monthly reports on the collection process and status.
- Give recommendations and comments on bad accounts/overdue accounts to be referred to the legal department.
- Participate in divisional meetings to discuss overdue accounts and other related matters.
- Other job-related duties, as assigned.
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related subject.
