Base pay range

We have an urgent requirement for a Salesforce Business Analyst with B2B Sales implementations and Order Automation experience in telecom and Siebel projects for a Telecom client in Bahrain.

Minimum 5 years recent experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce expertise is required to apply.

Experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud in TELECOM is a must.

Experience in automated order-to-cash processes in TELECOM using Salesforce is essential.

Experience with automated sales and order processes using Salesforce Flow or Process Builder is required.

Strong Telecom domain experience is highly preferred.

Salesforce Product Expertise

Deep understanding of Salesforce Communications Cloud and familiarity with other Salesforce products.

Telecom Industry B2B Sales Knowledge

Experience in the telecommunications sector, understanding its specific challenges related to B2B Sales & Order Automation.

Ensure appropriate stakeholders are invited to risk meetings as per the ESM ID.

Business Process Understanding, Automation & Optimization

Ability to analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to sales and order automation using Salesforce solutions.

Experience in automating the order-to-cash process, including quote generation, order management, contract lifecycle management, and invoicing.

Proficiency in workflow automation tools like Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, or custom automation.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Strong skills in eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements; translating needs into technical specifications, user stories, and use cases.

Solution Mapping

Ability to collaborate with system integrators to ensure solutions meet RFP requirements and requested capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

Excellent communication skills to work with sales teams, technical teams, and system integrators; managing expectations and stakeholder alignment.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking

Strong analytical skills to identify issues, analyze processes, and recommend innovative solutions.
