To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the education and/or experience requirements outlined below.

General Experience

One year of general experience in a clerical, office, or related field. Examples of qualifying experience include:

  • Preparing letters, schedules, and other documents through the use of a personal computer.
  • Assisting with the preparation of instructional materials.
  • Performing administrative tasks such as attendance records, filing, scheduling, and reviewing assignments.
Education Substitution

Two years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. Credits or degrees earned from a foreign college or university must be evaluated prior to acceptance.
