Administrative Coordinator

Domo Ventures W.L.L. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to support the Director in performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing reports, documents, and presentations by typing, formatting, and editing content.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars on behalf of the Director.
- Handling incoming communications from external and internal parties, including emails, calls, and meeting requests.
- Accurately recording minutes at meetings.
- Assisting with daily time management and prioritizing tasks.
- Organizing travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or personal assistant.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
