Job Summary:
The Automobile Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of automobiles to businesses and organizations in need of fleet vehicles. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting suitable vehicle options, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The Fleet Sales Executive must have a thorough knowledge of the automotive industry, stay updated on the latest vehicle models and features, and possess strong negotiation and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential clients who require fleet vehicles, including businesses, government agencies, rental companies, etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and preferences.
Present and demonstrate suitable vehicle options to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions.
Provide accurate and transparent pricing information, including any applicable discounts, incentives, and financing options.
Negotiate terms of sale, including price, delivery, warranties, and financing arrangements, to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
Collaborate with the dealership's finance and insurance departments to facilitate the completion of paperwork and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Coordinate vehicle deliveries and provide follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory availability using CRM software or other tools.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to enhance product knowledge and professional development.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the dealership or management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
