**Job Title:** Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365CE) Senior Analyst Programmer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst Programmer to join our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical implementation and design of D365CE solutions, working with both onshore and offshore development teams.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Solution and Technical Architects to create high-quality designs and sustainable client solutions and project documentation
  • Implementation of technical solutions for customer requirements in D365CE
  • Development on components outside of the core D365CE platform but within the wider Microsoft stack
  • Working with both on-shore and off/near-shore development teams

**Requirements:

  • A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline
  • A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Certification
  • Overall, more than 5 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365 and/or .Net Technology stack
  • Minimum 3 years hands-on experience designing and developing D365CE extensions such as plugins, custom workflows and JavaScript
  • A good understanding of best practices for .Net Development, including code management, unit testing methodologies and build processes

**Nice to Have:

  • Experience in D365CE Configuration, Customisation, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and standard reports development
  • Knowledge and understanding of all CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Service
  • An understanding of the Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Dataverse
  • Thorough understanding and experience working on Power Platform stack especially Power Apps & Power Automate
