Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS administration, configuration, and support, with a strong focus on advanced technical expertise and leadership. Certification in at least one Oracle HCM Module as an implementer. Extensive knowledge in multiple modules of Oracle HCM Cloud, such as Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Payroll. Proficiency in developing Oracle HCM Cloud reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, along with strong SQL skills. Proven ability to lead HRIS projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results in alignment with organizational goals.
