We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson for our Paper Bag Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our high-quality, eco-friendly paper bags to businesses and individuals in need of sustainable packaging solutions.

Job Location : Bahrain

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly practices and a passion for sustainability is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage with potential clients, including retail stores, supermarkets, restaurants, and other businesses that utilize paper bags for packaging.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our paper bag solutions.
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sitra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
