**Job Description** Overview of Duties / Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage the corporate sales activities of the Local Arabic Accounts and International Accor Key Accounts. Manage sales calls, offers follow up and commercial relationships.
**Customer relations**
- Attend relevant functions to ensure that the Hotel has the appropriate focus / representation in the market. Maximize sales efficiency with strong presence in the market and actively participate on activities to intensify brand awareness.
**Professional techniques / Production**
- Responsible for outreach and coordination of items related to the sales operation of the Hotel. Responsible for the development and solicitation of established and potential clients. Achieve sales goals as set forth by the Hotel and Sales & Marketing budget. Coordinate various departments' participation in marketing / sales efforts
- Convert inquiries from potential customers to booked business using superior selling/closing skills - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. - Provide relevant data for competitive market benchmarks for economic and political information and to anticipate market trends. - Optimize visibility and bookings locally / on websites / consortia / regional / international markets. - Activate potentials of companies without production by proper follow up / visits. - Boost sales activities with competition survey on segments, season, activity sectors and other relevant information. - Initiate activities to create brand loyalty recognition and guest satisfaction. - Report clients’ and guests’ feedback, market trends and reactivity to Ibis brand pricing and product judgement. - Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
**Commercial / Sales**
- Develop and solicit business from the Market to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful and profitable operation
- Solicit signature for company contracts and other new business. Create promotion / advertisement partnership with retailers, mother companies, suppliers, etc.
**Management and administration**
- Participate in weekly sales, group and conference meetings. Assist in the development and implementation of the Hotel sales / marketing plan to ensure all revenue goals will be met and exceeded. Perform administrative duties such as tracking sales leads and providing reports as per Accor ME Reqional Headquarter formats and requirements. Manage daily, weekly sales organization with 3 sales calls/offers per day or average of 15 sales calls/offers per week. Adhere to quality standards in terms of offers, follow ups, appointments, negotiation reflecting the highest sales professional ethics in the market.
**Qualifications** Education / Professional experience**
University graduate in Sales & Marketing, Business Mgt. / PR / Media / Adv. At least 5 years experience in the same capacity preferrably in 4* or 5* Hotels.
