- To lead and drive the implementation of Core Services strategic initiatives and plans, in alignment with Business Products & Solutions department’s business plan and strategy, by directing the delivery of products / services and proposing improvement initiatives to increase sales and revenue across the Business sector.
- Job Specifications:

- **Strategic Contribution**
- Contribute to the development and execution of the Business Products & Solutions department’s strategy and objectives to support growth in the Business sector.
- Lead and control the Core Services activities to safeguard alignment with stc Bahrain’s business goals and performance targets.
- Guide the preparation and monitoring of the Core Services business plans and annual budget, in line with the company’s objectives.
- Control expenditure against approved functional budget on a regular basis and investigate and reconcile any significant variances to ensure effective cost control.

**Business Planning and Performance management**
- Monitor the section’s performance KPIs and profitability, providing relevant progress updates to the Director Business Products & Solutions, as needed, to remain aware of the overall Business performance.

**Business Products & Solutions - Core Services**- Supervise and lead Core Service lifecycle, revenues, and profitability to ensure its alignment with the Business sector’s business needs, strategic objectives, and sales targets.-
- Lead Core Services portfolio to drive acquisition and expansion of subscriber base in the Business sector.- Supervise the development of and uphold Core Services roadmap to identify partnership requirements and support the Business Products & Solutions department’s short and long-term business objectives.
- Propose Core Services development and improvement plans including leading the implementation of products and services to support enhancement and growth across the Business Products & Solutions department.
- Lead Core Service commercial launch in coordination with technical, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders to meet business requirements and needs.
- Oversee the design and implementation of bundled services to contribute to the successful expansion and growth of stc Bahrain business.
- Propose and lead the management of promotional activities for Core Services to maximize sales and revenue for the Business Products & Solutions department.
- Approve Core BTL offers which are provided by CVM & Analytics to make a valuable contribution to increasing sales and revenue.

**Collaboration and cross boundary**- Coordinate with Sales and Business Operations to effectively prepare support material / guidelines for sales and customer service agents.-
- Promote cooperation with both Planning & Performance and CVM & Analytics teams to acquire relevant insights for designing the value proposition of Core Services.-
- Liaise with Marketing to successfully support the development of Core Service communications plans and briefs.**People Management**
- Provide effective leadership across the Core Services section, by setting individual objectives, reviewing performance, developing, and motivating employees in line with the company’s policies, culture, and work ethics, to unleash their potential and maximize performance at individual and functional level.
- Coordinate the department’s activities and manage team scheduling to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, policies and procedures.
- Develop the workforce plan and lead staff hiring, performance management and training activities to attract, develop and retain talent for the Core Services section.

**Change management and continuous improvement**
- ** **Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the function’s systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, improvement of business processes and cost optimization.
- Approve functional change plans with a focus on leading strategic innovation by developing new solutions or improving existing ones to drive change, meet future digitalization needs and support company’s growth.
- Research relevant regional and global market trends to stay up to date with best practices and drive relevant initiatives for improvements.

**Reporting and compliance**
- ** **Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet stc Bahrain’s organizational requirements, in adherence to the company’s policies and quality standards.
- Drive compliance to all policies and procedures, as well as to controls related to quality, health, safety, environmental management, guaranteeing employee and assets safety and legislative compliance.
