E-commerce Specialist and Wordpress Developer

We are looking for an ecommerce specialist / WordPress developer to join our team and coordinate a project that involves integrating our WooCommerce data with Bitrix24 and Idempiere, using a custom plugin that we have developed. This integration will allow us to have a seamless flow of information and transactions between our ecommerce platform and our CRM and ERP systems.

We are a luxury brand that designs and manufactures our own products and expands worldwide distribution. We have four main divisions: the Corporate Executive Office, the Design Studio, the Operations and Manufacturing, and the Sales and Marketing. We use ERP Idempiere and Bitrix 24 to manage our business processes and operations, and we recently adopted WooCommerce to handle our ecommerce channels and CRM.

As an ecommerce specialist and developer, you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the WooCommerce-Bitrix24-Idempiere integration plugin
- Ensuring the plugin meets the business requirements and specifications
- Troubleshooting any issues or bugs that may arise during the integration process
- Communicating with the internal and external stakeholders involved in the project
- Providing training and documentation for the plugin users and administrators
- Monitoring and reporting the performance and impact of the plugin on the ecommerce operations
- Facilitating the ecommerce platform using WooCommerce, by creating and managing marketplaces, providing sales services, engaging with social media, and implementing omni marketing strategies
- Optimizing the ecommerce platform using WooCommerce, by upgrading alongside integration needs and maintaining separately within WooCommerce controls
- Supporting the ecommerce platform using WooCommerce, by providing customer service, feedback, and reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the online shopping experience and boost conversions across B2C and B2B channels, including POS and Omni channels.
- Utilize your advanced understanding of e-commerce tools and technologies to manage our WordPress + WooCommerce platform effectively.
- Develop and execute strategies for dynamic product presentation, utilizing CGI media and video-commerce to showcase our luxury products.
- Integrate and coordinate seamlessly between our front-end WordPress + WooCommerce setup and back-office systems (iDempiere and Bitrix24) to ensure streamlined operations and data flow.
- Oversee payment gateways, shipping options, and order fulfillment processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience and efficient operations.
- Identify and implement the right integration tools and technologies required for seamless data exchange, payment processing, and order fulfillment on a global scale.
- Work closely with the design team to maintain a consistent and visually appealing brand image across all online channels.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce development, preferably with WooCommerce
- At least 2 years of experience in ERP and CRM integration, preferably with Bitrix24 and Idempiere
- Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, and REST API
- Familiarity with WooCommerce plugins and tools, such as marketplaces, sales services, social media, and omni marketing strategies
- Knowledge of ecommerce best practices, trends, and standards
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress + WooCommerce, with the ability to create rich CGI media and video-commerce content.
- Familiarity with back-office systems such as iDempiere and Bitrix24, enabling efficient coordination between front-end and back-end operations.
- Experience in selecting and implementing integration tools for payment gateways, shipping solutions, and order fulfillment.
