**F&B Cost Controller**
**Applicants must reside in Bahrain and possess relevant experience in F&B sector (restaurants or 4/5* establishments) to be considered for this role.**
Scope - Accountable for the effective control over food, beverage, consumables, non-current assets inventory, cost management, wastages and pilferage, system and process improvement, achieving targeted cost of food and beverage without compromising established quality or quantity.
Key responsibilities - Studying, analysing and reporting all variances relating to cost and inventory management, defining and monitoring theoretical margins, supervising daily receiving and storekeeping activities, preparing and verifying reports related to staff and POS checks, conducting spot checks in all outlets and auditing cost of sales, menu pricing, stock levels and consumption.
