- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment in Bahrain, with a focus on the industrial or construction field.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting expatriates for various roles.
- Fluent in Hindi (mandatory).
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- End-to-End Recruitment_
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding for blue and white-collar positions.
- Expat Recruitment_
Specialize in expatriate recruitment, understanding the unique challenges and requirements associated with hiring talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Industry Focus_
- Sourcing Strategies_
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract the best talent, utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and industry events.
- Collaboration_
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Compliance_
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
- Data Management_
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database, providing regular reports on recruitment activities.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain's labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
