**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR role.
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure all necessary employment documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
- Support the resolution of employee concerns and escalate issues as necessary.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and respond to benefits-related inquiries.
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating review meetings and tracking progress.
- Assist in the implementation of performance improvement plans and development initiatives.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Maintain training records and assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness.
- Support the development of training materials and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics.
- Participate in internal audits and support the maintenance of HR records and documentation.
- Perform any other related responsibilities as assigned.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Critical thinking
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
