**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Relations**: Aid in maintaining positive employee relations by responding to inquiries, assisting with HR-related issues, and fostering a supportive work environment.
- **HR Administration**: Help with various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing reports for HR metrics.
- **Training and Development**: Contribute to the coordination of training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to support employee growth and development.
- **Compliance**: Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations by staying updated on HR best practices and assisting with audits as needed
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
